Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 21, 2026
At ClickTools, accessible from https://clicktools.biz.id, the privacy of our visitors is one of our main priorities. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by ClickTools and how we use it.
1. Client-Side Local Data Processing
The vast majority of tools hosted on ClickTools (including text counters, JSON formatters, base64 encoders, unit converters, calculators, and image processing tools) operate using client-side JavaScript. Input data that you type, paste, or upload into these tools is processed locally within your browser session. We do not transmit, log, or store your private text, media, or code on our servers.
2. Log Files
ClickTools follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. Standard information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. This data is not linked to any information that is personally identifiable and is used solely for analyzing traffic trends and administering the site.
3. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, ClickTools uses essential session cookies to store preferences such as theme settings (dark/light mode) and session states. We do not use persistent cookies to track personal identifying user data.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have the right to request access to, deletion of, or restriction of their personal data. Because ClickTools does not maintain personal user accounts or store tool input payloads on server databases, no personal data is retained.
